CABAIRE THREE LEVELS OF PRESSURIZATION Constant Flow Pressurization Precleans, filters, and maintains pressure with constant airflow. Automatic Pressure Control Precleans, filters, and maintains preset pressure by monitoring pressure and adjusting airflow with motor speed control. Intelligent Cab Pressurization Precleans, filters, and maintains preset pressure by monitoring pressure and adjusting airflow with motor speed control. Includes data collection and low-pressure alarms. INTELLIGENT CAB PRESSURIZATION DATA LOGGING PRINCIPLES Dirty hazardous air enters the filter through angled vanes. The vanes start the airflow spinning and moving upwards. The spinning airflow is accelerated further by the integrated precleaner rotor. Centrifugal force throws debris toward the outside walls. 90%+ of dirt and hazardous debris is ejected safely away. An inner vortex is formed, and only precleaned air is drawn down into the filter chamber. The precleaned air is pulled through easily serviceable filter media for final filtration. Media options include paper, charcoal, and HEPA. A variable-speed centrifugal air pump generates powerful pressurized air. Clean, hazard-free, pressurized air is delivered to the operator’s cab. The pressurized air is mixed with the HVAC system’s return air. The air passes through the HVAC system and into the cab. Positive cabin pressure helps ensure a safer work environment by repelling harmful and hazardous dust. The Cabaire ICP unit monitors cabin pressure using its built-in pressure transducer and adjusts performance based on the pressure set point. If cab pressure drops below the set point, a visual and/or audible alarm is activated. A backlit LCD displays actual cab pressure in pascals on the top line, with the time, date, or active alarms shown on the bottom line. Enginaire Clean Air Systems allow users to adjust the pressure set point and access additional features. The processor can store up to 3 months of data.
